As a member of Compass’ creative studio, In-House, I worked on a large variety of projects, from custom collateral for our agents to internal company initiatives. I developed over 50 agent monograms, created brand systems, and revamped marketing materials.

Monograms
Every monogram created at Compass was developed through a process of working closely with the agent to discover their personality, interests, and style. Each monogram had to fit into the overarching Compass guidelines of black and white, minimalism, and ability to pair well with Compass typefaces, while showcasing the individuality of every agent.
In-House
As the responsibilities of my design team at Compass expanded beyond our regional duties, the creative team unified nationally. With this consolidation, our vast and new internal design studio needed a solid brand identity. Twelve designers, including myself, developed and pitched ideas to the managers on the creative team. This is the concept I produced:
In-House Compass Design Studio is an expansive network of cross-disciplinary talent. This identity system focuses on the connection and movement that such a network exudes. It demonstrates how as a national team, we bring together a diverse collection of ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Data visualization
Lynda Gann Collateral Refresh
This top tier agent requested a collateral refresh that reflected her minimal and elegant style. I kept the system simple, using thin borders with ample white space. With her heavy involvement in schools and local sports, notebooks and water bottles naturally became great options for swag items.
Compass Corner Email Assets
Created a cohesive system of email assets for Compass Corner, a weekly newsletter email. The Compass email tool had some limitations in text styling and alignment, so we utilized these graphics to help break up information.
